Right of withdrawal

Return Policy

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, should you wish to return or exchange an item, the following conditions apply:

1. Return Period

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

You can initiate a return:

  • via your customer account (self-service) or
  • by email to mail@dop3d.com (please include your order number)

to request.

2. Conditions for Returns

For a refund or exchange to be possible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The items must not show any signs of use or damage.
  • Returns should preferably be made in the original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears the costs for return shipping.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

We offer both refunds and exchanges:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Exchanges can be requested in the customer account or by email

The refund will be processed after the goods have been received and inspected.

5. Processing Time

Processing can take up to 14 days after receipt of goods.
You will be notified as soon as the refund or exchange is completed.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for private purposes.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods
  • or, in the case of multiple deliveries: on which the last goods were received

You can declare your withdrawal by email or in writing.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract:

  • you will receive all payments, including standard shipping costs, back
  • repayment will be made within 14 days
  • same payment method as used for the purchase

We may refuse repayment until:

  • the goods have been received by us or
  • proof of dispatch has been provided

Return of Goods

  • Return within 14 days of withdrawal
  • Cost of return shipping is borne by the customer
  • Loss of value only in case of improper handling

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • custom-made products (e.g., personalized items)
  • perishable goods
  • sealed products after opening
  • specially produced digital/media products
